Cyril LEVY has over 20 years of consulting and business development experience in high technology projects, for telecom industry.

Cyril’s consulting skills have been formed through experience in CRM for established leading edge technology companies in France with CGI Consultants (ex_UNILOG Management).

His career has progressed in ALCATEL, as Business Development Manager for Mobile Networks infrastructures in Southern Europe (Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Balkans and Israel). His objective was to assist new GSM and UMTS license project leaders in managing technical, finance or regulation issues, and to comfort their position through partnership agreements.

Most recently Cyril has served as International Business Development Director of MONACO TELECOM, where he managed a team to provide new license opportunities at a global scale. This mission provided him with an extensive know-how of telecom sector in the following zones : Balkans, Central Asia, Western Europe, South America and the USA.

Cyril is working for four years on eGaming sector : adviser of the French Regulator Office (ARJEL) and lecturer at the French SENATE. Cyril developed a wide expertise by providing services to six companies acting directly on the market.:

• Poker and Sports Betting Operators (BWIN.PARTY group),
• Security systems for Regulatory Offices (BLACKEDGE, Group NETSWEEPER),

• Enrollment and management of KYC for operators (ALTENOR)
• eGaming Casinos (BARAKA Casinos),
• Landbased Casinos (Group TRANCHANT, n°2 on the French Market),

Cyril is graduated from Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (EDHEC), French Business School. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Cyril is 42 years old. Married with two kids.
